  • Small Group Classes 3-4

Small group Clinical Pilates classes are ideal for those working on injury rehabilitation or towards a specific strength / fitness goal. Each participant is taken through a program designed specifically for them.

  • One to one classes

One to one classes offer the most individualised attention. If extra guidance is required due to injury or low confidence, then this is for you. Programs are tailored very carefully to the limitations and goals of the student.

  • Disability classes

Rebuild caters to NDIS funded students by offering one to one and group classes. Rebuild screens for the individual's unique challenges and limitations so that classes can be tailored to each person's specififc needs and goals.

  • Pregnancy

Clinical Pilates, when undertaken with a trained instructor, is safe and beneficial for women in the prenatal & postnatal stage beyond 6 weeks. Classes are low impact and targeted, making Pilates a great choice to stay active and pain free through your journey into parenthood.

  • Please note that access to the studio is up a short flight of stairs of 16 stairs.
