Disabilty Support: Pilates & rehabilitation
How can we help?
The fitness industry too often falls short when it comes to providing an inclusive environment. We aim to bridge this gap. Our teachers are highly skilled in adapting classes to the specific needs of the individual. We ensure that all classes are safe, appropriate and physically beneficial for each individual.
One to one classes
For those who need additional support, one to classes are a great option. The individual may request a class in low lighting, with no music or specific music, as well as certain movement that they find engaging. This non-traditional approach means that the client simply gets to benefit from the activity, without having to fit in with a space that isn’t ideal for them. No Pilates experience or prior specific fitness level required.
Small group classes
Our small group classes of 3-4 students provides a guided and laid back space to get moving. Many of our students benefit greatly from the social aspect of these classes, as well as the physical. We ensure that each student does at least one solo class, prior to joining the group, allowing us to tailor every session to the individual. No Pilates experience or specific fitness level required.
