What if I don't have an injury or condition?
Pilates is also excellent for those who are looking to simply level up in their sport or favorite recreational activity. Our group classes provide a space for you to be challenged in a safe environment. Past and current students have loved the improvements in their sporting performance and day to day activities like getting back into the garden or taking an extra long walk with no hassle. The training translates straight from the studio and into the real world, so you can see the direct benefits.

Can I get started even if I am in pain or have an injury?
Yes you definitely can get started even if you have an injury or are dealing with pain day to day. The gentle one on one sessions would be a great place to start rehabilitating your injury or condition. Our teachers always work with your physiotherapist or GP to ensure you have high quality and appropriate care.

What happens if I am sick or go on holidays?
It is recommended that students attend on a weekly basis in order to see great results. However everyone takes holidays or gets sick from time to time. You can still get started if you have a holiday coming up. Refer to our terms of service page to learn more about what happens if you are sick or away.

Can my teenager do clinical pilates?
Clinical pilates does cater to teens and children above the age of 12. Participants need to be somewhat self sufficient in a group setting. Consent from parent / guardian is required. Communication will occur via the parent / guardian only unless agreed upon otherwise.

Do I have to be fit, strong or flexible to do pilates?
No you do not have to be fit, strong or flexible. Clinical pilates is unique to other styles of fitness training as it is designed to be tailored to the exact level and ability of the individual.
