Class packs of 8, are available to be purchased for the price of $392. The pack
operates similarly to a membership contract, once the pack is purchased and the
student begins their first session, one class per week will be deducted for the
following 8 weeks. If a student wishes to purchase a pack with less classes, this can
be negotiated within reason.
More than one student per pack example - If multiple students are on one pack, then
2 classes will be deducted for the duration of 4 weeks.
If the student pays for a pack to be renewed late, the pack will be back dated to
include the class that they have attended but not paid for.
There will be a one week grace period from the date that the previous pack expired,
or from when the invoice was sent. Failure to pay the invoice will result in the student
losing their class time.
Extenuating circumstances in which a class is not deducted from the pack, includes
the following:
- The student has a family emergency.
- The student is unwell for the duration of the entire week and can not attend an
alternative class.
- If the teacher is away for any circumstances, and therefore the class does not
run.
Circumstances in which missed classes are not reclaimable:
- If the student is unwell for the time period of their usual class, but can attend
an alternative session.
- If the student has missed class as a result of work circumstances or other
personal circumstances that are not pertaining to an emergency situation or
illness.
- If the student chooses to take time away on vacation during the time frame
that the pack has been purchased for.
Other circumstances:
- If the student’s life circumstances or health circumstances change suddenly
due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund can be negotiated.
Week to week class payment terms and conditions:
Students who have not opted to buy a pack of classes, will be required to pay the
week by week rate of $59 per class.
Students on the week by week rate still hold a class space, at the allocated time
agreed upon with their teacher. It is expected that students attend 80% of classes in
the space of a quarterly period in order to hold their place and gain optimal results.
Cancellation Policy:
- Minimum 24 hours of notice is required unless the student is unwell or has an
emergency. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the full fee of the
class. The student can expect to receive an invoice for the missed
appointment via email with a one week payment grace period.
If you have any concerns or questions regarding the studio’s policies, please do not
hesitate to ask.
